The Mix & Match configurator is a powerful sales tool designed for the Textile Service industry and dealers - specifically for you who assist customers in selecting the right workwear.

Whether the customer is a hotel requiring uniforms for multiple departments such as reception, kitchen, dining, and housekeeping etc. Where the demands and needs depend on the individual department. Or the customer is a nursing home looking for workwear tailored to seasonal changes and the mobility of care personnel.

Either way, Mix & Match simplifies the selection process.

This tool allows you to create a visual sales proposal with several key benefits:

  • Manage multiple projects effortlessly

  • Design up to 20 uniform variations per project

  • Generate a customized PDF featuring your and the customer's logo

  • Attach product datasheets directly within the PDF

  • Download or send the PDF instantly to your customer

With a MyKentaur account, your projects are securely stored, so you can access them whenever needed.

How to use Mix & Match

Using Mix & Match for the first time can be exciting. However, with so many workwear options, it might feel a bit overwhelming at first. Do not worry—this tool is designed to help you provide the best possible experience for your customers. Simply follow the steps below:

 

Accessing the Mix & Match Configurator

You can enter Mix & Match in two ways:

  • From a product page – Jump directly into the configurator with your selected product.

  • From your MyKentaur profile – View an overview of all your projects and access the configurator from there.

 

Navigating the Configurator

Once inside, the configurator is divided into three key areas:

  • Right side – A feed displaying our wide range of workwear. Search for specific products or browse for inspiration.

  • Left side – Your selected workwear, where you can access product details and change colors.

  • Center – A mannequin where you can drag and drop styles onto the figure and even change skin tone for a more personalized look.

 

Finalizing Your Project

Once you have styled the first outfit, click ‘Go to Project Overview’ to:

  • Create additional styles within the same project.

  • Download or customize your PDF proposal.

 

Customizing the PDF

Before generating the PDF, you can personalize it with:

  • Different backgrounds to suit different industries

  • Your and your customer’s logos

  • Attached product datasheets

  • Direct PDF sending (available for projects with up to five styles)

 

Once everything is set, simply click ‘Generate PDF’, and you are done!
