How to return?

If you want to return one or more of the items and you are not a laundry service or dealer, please follow the 4 steps below:

  • Check off which items you want to return on the enclosed return form. If you have lost your return form, you can contact [email protected].

  • Write the reason code on the return form.

  • Include the return form in your shipment.

  • Return the package to:

NB: when making returns to Link Logistics ensure that the package is delivered within their opening hours (08.00-17.00). 

Returns must be sent to one of the above mentioned addresses. 

Packages sent to parcel locker (Pakkeboks) will not be collected. 

Return costs are covered by the customer.

As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will refund your payment.

As a consumer / private customer, you have a 14-day return policy. As a business, you have a 30-day return policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your items for another.
